The update is scheduled for November 2, 2026 with an estimated downtime of 1 hour between 01:00 am and 03.00 am CDT. During the downtime prisma CLOUD and all associated services will not be available. Therapy devices that try to communicate with prisma CLOUD during this time might throw an error message. After the system is available again, devices will synchronize their data, if necessary. No user interaction is required.
