The update will be carried out on June 1, 2026 with a downtime of approximately 1 hour. The 1 hour downtime takes place between 01:00 am and 03.00 am CDT. During this time prisma CLOUD and all associated services will not be available. Therapy devices that try to communicate with prisma CLOUD during this time might throw an error message. After the system will be available again, devices will synchronize their data, if necessary. No user interaction is required.
