The update will be carried out on January 2, 2026 with a downtime of approximately 2 hours. The 2 hours downtime takes place between 01:00 am and 06.00 am CST. During this time prisma CLOUD and all associated services will not be available. Therapy devices that try to communicate with prisma CLOUD during this time might throw an error message. After the system will be available again, devices will synchronize their data, if necessary. No user interaction is required.
